1. Introduction

b299 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts of players who cannot satisfactorily verify their age will be suspended pending investigation and may be permanently closed. Any balances held in accounts belonging to underage players will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on the b299 platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual (identified by mobile number, device fingerprint, payment method, IP address, or any combination thereof) will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

• Account registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number (01XXXXXXXXX format). The mobile number is the account's primary identifier and must be active and accessible at all times.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials. b299 will never ask for your password via chat, email, or telephone. Any activity carried out using your credentials is your sole responsibility.
• b299 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account, account credits, or any winnings to any third party.

b299 reserves the right to close any account that, in our reasonable judgment, poses a risk of fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, any deposits not yet wagered may be returned to the original payment method following investigation. Bonuses and winnings derived from any prohibited activity will be forfeited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

b299 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and select Visa and Mastercard instruments. b299 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. Third-party fees imposed by your payment provider are outside b299's control.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits may apply and are published in the Cashier section of your account.
• All funds deposited into b299 must be used for gaming purposes. b299 is not a payment processing or money storage service. Deposits that are not wagered within 90 days may be subject to an inactivity handling procedure.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used to make a deposit to the same b299 account, subject to KYC verification. b299 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
• b299 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. b299 will communicate the reason for any withdrawal delay to the affected player within 24 hours.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

b299 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover). The standard wagering requirement for the Welcome Bonus is 30x the bonus amount. Specific wagering requirements for individual promotions are published on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses must be used within the time period stated on the relevant promotion page. Unused bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement within the specified period will expire and be removed from the player's account.
• A player may only claim each bonus offer once unless explicitly stated otherwise. b299 will not credit duplicate bonus claims. Attempting to abuse the bonus system — including creating duplicate accounts to claim bonuses multiple times — is a violation of these Terms.
• b299 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice, where b299 reasonably suspects abuse, fraud, or a technical error affecting the bonus terms.
• Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the relevant promotion. Players must complete the wagering requirement before any free spin winnings may be withdrawn as real money.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or other artificial means to interact with the b299 platform, place bets, or manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Colluding with other players, b299 employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to make deposits. b299 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in all cases involving payment fraud.
• Exploiting a technical error, software glitch, or miscalculated odds on the b299 platform to place bets or claim payouts that would not otherwise be available under normal operating conditions.

b299 reserves the right to investigate any account activity that it reasonably believes may constitute prohibited conduct. During any investigation, b299 may temporarily freeze the relevant account and withhold any pending withdrawals. Players are required to cooperate with any investigation by providing requested documentation within a reasonable time.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the b299 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive property of b299 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any b299 platform content without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right or licence in any b299 intellectual property.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b299's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the b299 platform, or any game or bet placed on the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their b299 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. b299 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if b299 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

b299 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. b299 makes no warranty that the platform will be error-free, virus-free, or that defects will be corrected within any particular timeframe. 11. Privacy and Data Protection
